I then used the gaussain blur tool to blur my black layer. Just blur it until you like it. You can make it barely blurred or very blurred, it depends upon the effect you are going for.  I then moved the gaussain blurred layer down a little and to the right. The layer does not have to go down and to the right, you could move it up and to the left - it depends upon the effect you are after.  |
